DARK ANGELS ransomware hits JOHNSON CONTROLS; data theft, $27M impact

JOHNSON CONTROLS confirmed that a September 2023 incident involved unauthorized access, data exfiltration and ransomware, forcing portions of IT offline and impacting some customer‑facing systems.
