INCIBE‑CERT reported that the Ayuntamiento de Torre Pacheco suffered a ransomware attack detected when Local Police lost access to municipal servers, which were found encrypted. Emergency protocols were activated, authorities were notified, and the incident compromised both operational continuity and the security of citizens’ personal data.
