KVKK: Vodafone Net breach via data processor; up to 321,504 individuals affected

Turkey’s data protection authority (KVKK) published Vodafone Net İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.’s breach notification stating that personal data tied to Vodafone Net subscribers and a data processor’s employees and supplier field staff was found offered for sale on the dark web. The data appears to have been obtained from the data processor’s system. Up to 321,504 individuals may be affected. No operational/service disruption was indicated.
