ICS breach at water treatment station in Jabłonna Łącka

Poland’s Internal Security Agency (ABW) reported 2025 ICS security breaches at multiple water treatment plants, including the station in Jabłonna Łącka. Reporting and expert analysis indicate attackers accessed ICS and in cases could alter operational parameters via exposed interfaces and weak/default credentials; a September 2025 clip from SUW Jabłonna Łącka showed access via an “admin” account with manipulation of pump/filter thresholds. No sustained water supply outage was reported.
