LKQ 8-K: Cyber incident disrupted Canadian business unit operations for weeks

The attack disrupted that unit’s operations, with activities adversely impacted for a few weeks while affected systems were recovered. LKQ said the threat was contained and the unit was operating near full capacity by the filing date, and that the incident was not material to financial results.
