Attacks on Ukrainian ISPs including Misto TV disrupt operations for over a week

Four Ukrainian ISPs — Triacom, Misto TV, Linktelecom and KIM — suffered disruptive cyberattacks in March 2024. Ukrainian officials indicated Sandworm‑linked Solntsepek was likely responsible. Internet traffic analysis showed major disruptions beginning March 13, and Misto TV posted that restoration was slow and consequences were serious, with outages persisting more than a week.
