Ransomware disrupts UFP Technologies billing and customer-delivery processes

UFP Technologies detected a ransomware attack on 14 February 2026 that affected many of its IT systems and involved data theft and destruction. The incident disrupted business functions including billing and label making for customer deliveries. UFP activated backups and contingency procedures and continued operating in all material respects, but management said some product shipments might be delayed and expected some February softness attributable to the attack. The evidence supports a contained operational disruption tied directly to the company's delivery workflow rather than a broad production shutdown.
