Maagar-Tec breach corrupts emergency-alert service at Israeli kindergartens

Attackers breached Maagar-Tec's emergency-button system on 26 January 2025 and used the compromised service to trigger rocket sirens and broadcast hostile audio in about 20 kindergartens. Israel's National Cyber Directorate corroborated the supplier-system breach; Handala claimed responsibility.
