Cyberattack on Russia's Pravosudiye judicial system disrupts court digital services

A cyberattack affecting the Pravosudiye judicial information system disrupted websites, communications and electronic filing used by Russian courts beginning around October 6-7. The Judicial Department at the Supreme Court is the official operator of Pravosudiye. Court notices confirmed that federal-court websites and electronic submission services were unavailable, while incident reporting said video-conference failures caused some hearings to be postponed. BO Team claimed the breach and published material appearing to come from the system; Russian authorities did not publicly confirm that attribution.
