Solano County Library ransomware disrupts public computer and network services for months
A ransomware incident affecting SOLANO COUNTY LIBRARY beginning on 05/04/2024 disabled public computers, Wi-Fi, telephone services and portions of the library network across county branches. Library locations remained open and book lending could continue through workarounds, but patrons lacked public computer and Wi-Fi access for more than three months before those services were restored in July.
