Scope Systems detected malicious access on May 5, 2026 that disrupted customer access to hosted Pronto Xi environments, its support portal, APIs and other cloud services. Scope restored affected client servers from backups, with all client servers restored by May 17. The company subsequently confirmed exfiltration from its internal file server while stating that data stored on client servers was not accessed.
