Advanced Diagnostic Imaging ransomware disrupts affiliate EHR access

Advanced Diagnostic Imaging, also associated with AdvancedHEALTH, detected unauthorized activity in late April 2026 and later confirmed that an unauthorized actor accessed information. Columbia Surgical Partners identified Advanced Diagnostic Imaging as its parent organization and informed patients that a ransomware attack against the parent prevented the clinic from accessing electronic medical records. DragonForce later claimed the attack and data theft, but that attribution and claimed volume were not independently confirmed.
