Signature Healthcare detected a cybersecurity incident on 6 April 2026 that affected information systems and triggered downtime procedures at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and associated services. Operational effects included ambulance diversion, canceled chemotherapy treatments, electronic health record and patient-portal outages, prescription-filling disruption and laboratory delays. Anubis later claimed responsibility and data theft, but Signature Healthcare did not confirm the actor or theft claim.
