Anodot breach disrupts data connectors and exposes downstream customer environments

Anodot suffered a cyber incident on 4 April 2026 that caused its data connectors to stop working, interrupting customer data collection and anomaly-monitoring functions. Reporting indicates attackers also obtained Anodot authentication tokens and used them to access customer cloud environments; Vimeo separately confirmed that its data was accessed through the Anodot third-party incident. ShinyHunters was associated with the extortion activity, but attribution remains externally reported.
