ASKUL ransomware halts orders, shipments and downstream retail fulfillment

A ransomware attack detected on 19 October 2025 disrupted ASKUL's ordering and logistics systems, forcing suspension of orders and shipments across multiple services. The incident propagated downstream through ASKUL LOGIST's third-party logistics operations: Ryohin Keikaku suspended MUJI online orders and shipments because its logistics provider could not perform fulfillment. ASKUL later confirmed external data leakage and restored operations progressively.
