DDoS attack disables Germany's DTVP public-procurement portal

A distributed denial-of-service attack left Germany's DTVP public-procurement portal unavailable for several days in October 2025. The platform is used for communication and electronic procedures between public contracting authorities and suppliers, so its loss directly interrupted an operational procurement channel until service was restored around 14 October. Security reporting linked the campaign to NoName057(16), but that actor attribution was not established as an official forensic conclusion.
