Ransomware disrupts VAS Group operations for eight days
VAS disclosed that a ransomware cyberattack against its IT environment disrupted the daily operations of VAS AG and the broader VAS Group, forcing devices and systems offline and leaving the companies severely restricted in their ability to operate. VAS reported the systems and data restored on 22 September 2025 and said no damage was known at that time.
