Masimo cyberattack reduces manufacturing capacity and delays customer orders

Masimo identified unauthorized activity on its on-premise network on April 27, 2025. SEC filings state that certain manufacturing facilities operated below normal levels and customer order acceptance, processing, fulfillment and shipping were temporarily impaired. Manufacturing was near full capacity and critical order, distribution and shipping systems were fully operational by May 27, with all manufacturing normal by June 28.
