Ransomware disrupts Sensata manufacturing and shipping operations
Sensata Technologies detected ransomware encryption on 6 April 2025 after unauthorized activity beginning on 28 March. The company took systems offline and later reported temporary impacts to shipping, receiving, manufacturing production and support functions to varying degrees over approximately two weeks, while its investigation also found that files had been taken from the environment.
