Cyberattack disrupts Astral Foods poultry processing and deliveries

Astral Foods experienced a cybersecurity incident on 16 March 2025 involving unauthorized network access. Its Poultry Division suffered approximately two days of processing and customer-delivery downtime, creating lost revenue and a production backlog.
