Large-scale DDoS attacks struck Logius digital services beginning on 14 January 2025. Exceptional traffic volumes overloaded the network and temporarily made multiple Logius services unavailable, including DigiD, preventing users from authenticating to government, municipal and tax services for much of the afternoon.
