San Joaquin County Superior Court cyberattack disables e-filing, online payments and other digital court services

An unauthorized person gained access to San Joaquin County Superior Court systems between 25 and 30 October 2024 and acquired copies of files. During containment and restoration, part of the court network was taken offline. E-filing, online payments, online dispute resolution and other online services became unavailable, forcing manual workarounds while court calendars largely continued.
