Caravan and Motorhome Club cyberattack interrupts campsite booking and digital member services

On January 20, 2024, the Caravan and Motorhome Club detected a cybersecurity incident and took digital systems offline as a containment measure. Its website, mobile application, booking systems and customer contact channels became unavailable, preventing customers from normally creating or modifying campsite reservations. Physical campsites continued receiving visitors, but booking and membership service processes required alternative arrangements. The organization subsequently confirmed the cyberattack and progressively restored affected services.
