Cyberattack paralyses Northwave business systems and threatens order processing

A cyberattack beginning on 28 August 2023 disabled Northwave computer systems and internal network at its Italian headquarters; business activity was suspended and about thirty employees were sent home. A notice on its website warned that processing orders could be delayed. Actual deliveries or factory output are not established as interrupted, so the classification is limited to disrupted business and order-management operations.
