On 14 February 2023, a cyberattack made Scandinavian Airlines’ website and mobile app unavailable for several hours, interrupting its digital passenger-service channel. SAS also disclosed inadvertent exposure of some customer itinerary and contact information during the attack; Anonymous Sudan claimed responsibility.
