A ransomware attack on August 18, 2023 encrypted CloudNordic hosting infrastructure, shutting down customer websites, mail and servers and making most hosted customer data unrecoverable. Sister hosting brand AzeroCloud reported the same shared-infrastructure event; it is not treated as a separate incident.
