Swan Retail cyberattack interrupts retail software services for UK merchants
On August 13, 2023 Swan Retail detected a cyberattack disrupting its back-office and online retail software. Its customer-facing services became unavailable and up to 300 independent retailers experienced interruption of online retail operations and associated order activity; Swan later began restoring service. The attack technique was not disclosed.
