Cyber incident forces Huron-Superior Catholic schools to cancel classes

A cyber intrusion disrupted Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board telephone and public-address systems and disabled its website on December 15, 2022. The Ontario board dismissed students that afternoon and cancelled classes for December 16 because safe school communications could not be maintained; the subsequent interval until January 3 coincided with its scheduled holiday break.
