Coordinated cyberattacks disrupt Montenegro government services and tax processing

Cyberattacks against Montenegro government information infrastructure began around August 20 and involved ransomware and distributed denial-of-service activity. Government websites and selected public services were taken offline, retail tax-collection functions were affected and the national electricity utility temporarily switched to manual control as a precaution. Two input records for Montenegro describe this same incident.
