The Puerto Rico Office of Legislative Services detected an attack on August 18, 2022 and isolated computers and servers. Its SUTRA legislative records and bill-tracking platform remained unavailable through August 31, interrupting online access to legislative measures and legal records. The agency confirmed that ordinary services had substantially resumed earlier, while SUTRA was restored on September 2.
