Ransomware suspends digital case processing in Córdoba provincial judiciary
Ransomware struck the Poder Judicial de Córdoba on August 13, 2022, disabling its judicial IT infrastructure, online portal and case-management services. Authorities instituted manual contingency procedures and suspended procedural and administrative deadlines for electronically processed cases; online filings and full case-management functions were restored progressively across late August. The Play ransomware operation was reported as a possible attribution, not independently confirmed as the operator.
