On 30 July 2022 Ticketera in Puerto Rico detected automated bot activity apparently attempting to monopolize event tickets. Its technical team took the ticket-purchase platform offline around 11 a.m. as a protective measure, interrupting online purchases until shortly after 1 p.m. The operator reported the system restored and no compromise of user information.
