Vice Society ransomware restricts Linn-Mar district network and facilities access
In early August 2022 Linn-Mar Community School District experienced encrypted network files displaying a Vice Society ransomware note. The district notified staff and families of network difficulties and limited physical access to buildings for the week while IT and phone systems were restored.
