Ransomware disrupts La Poste Mobile online customer and support services

A criminal cyberattack on July 4, 2022 led French mobile provider La Poste Mobile to suspend management and support systems and temporarily close its website and customer portal. This interrupted customer self-service and back-office support, although the company explicitly stated that mobile calling and subscriber connectivity continued normally. LockBit claimed responsibility.
