DDoS campaign blocks Almaz online cinema ticket sales

Over the July 9–10, 2022 weekend, a coordinated DDoS wave targeting Russian cinema operators made ticket-purchasing websites unavailable, including that of Almaz. Customers could not buy tickets online during the outage. Ukrainian IT Army activists claimed the campaign; reporting did not establish a comparable shutdown of cinema screenings.
