Cyberattack disrupts customer service portals across Encevo energy subsidiaries

In the night of July 22-23, 2022, a cyberattack against Encevo group entities Creos and Enovos disrupted customer portals, telephone access and customer-file management systems. On August 4, the group said it was still restoring ordinary customer services. Encevo confirmed that data had been stolen or rendered inaccessible; ALPHV/BlackCat separately claimed responsibility. Electricity and gas supplies and emergency repair services were expressly unaffected. Both subsidiary records in the input describe this same group-level incident.
