DDoS interrupts St Petersburg economic forum accreditation and delays plenary
DDoS attacks against the St Petersburg International Economic Forum website and accreditation system began on 16 June 2022 and intensified on 17 June. The participant database and badge access systems became unavailable, disrupting admission and forcing a one-hour postponement of the main plenary speech. The Roscongress Foundation is the forum organizer and operator; attribution to Ukrainian cyber volunteers has been reported but is not established by the forum operator.
