Rideau Valley Health Centre cyber incident cancels virtual patient appointments

A November cyber incident rendered Rideau Valley Health Centre appointment-management and telephone systems unusable. The Ottawa clinic canceled scheduled virtual consultations, could not accommodate some urgent appointment requests and advised some patients to seek alternate care while many in-person visits continued.
