KISTERS ransomware suspends hosted cloud services and software support
A November 10–11 ransomware attack forced KISTERS to rebuild its IT environment, interrupting access to hosted customer cloud systems and support channels. Restoration and validation of customer platforms took weeks, and the company later reported resumption of software development after a prolonged interruption. KISTERS specifically found no evidence that shipped software itself had been compromised.
