Oklahoma City Indian Clinic cyberattack disrupts prescription refills and delivery

A cyberattack identified in March 2022 made Oklahoma City Indian Clinic computer systems inaccessible, shutting its pharmacy's automated refill telephone line and mail-order prescription service. Patients were directed to request refills manually, and mailed medicines could not be dispatched during the outage. SunCrypt claimed data theft, but the clinic did not verify that claim or confirm ransomware encryption.
