SEA-Invest ransomware disrupts liquid-bulk terminal loading operations

A ransomware incident detected on 30 January 2022 crippled SEA-Invest corporate networks and temporarily affected its liquid-bulk SEA-TANK terminals. The dry-bulk division stayed operational, but reduced tank terminal operations contributed to vessel rerouting, cargo-loading constraints and delayed oil shipments in the Antwerp-area logistics chain.
